Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Monthly MOR RCM slides for meetings with practices
Analyze financial impact of payer contract changes and develop revenue impact trackers
Monitor payer performance trends and support payer contract compliance audits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
2+ years in revenue cycle, preferably in cardiovascular or specialty physician practice
Familiarity with coding and payer requirements
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Experience with KPI dashboards and cardiovascular-specific reporting tools preferred
