Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Revenue Cycle to support revenue cycle operations across multiple physician practice locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to external billing partners and ensure performance metrics are met
• Review EMR reports to identify claim or billing issues and partner with Practice Operations for resolution
• Generate revenue cycle performance reports and analyze data to identify risks and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Three (3) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Experience using Athena Collector
• Experience analyzing reports in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical billing, coding, and payer reimbursement processes
