Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate claims processing, ensuring proper payment and resolution of insurance claims
• Maintain service level agreements for collections tasks, prioritizing responsibilities and ensuring timely resolution of claims
• Design and implement process improvements to prevent denials and reduce processing errors

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance accounts receivables or cash posting experience
• 1+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement principles
