Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle IDR Analyst who will manage Out of Network inventory and support IDR disputes to maximize reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit Open Negotiation letters and IDR Disputes for federal and state processes
• Analyze insurance cards and EOBs to determine claim funding status and identify trends within claims inventory
• Manage relationships with Out of Network payers and present IDR findings to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle analytics or accounts receivable claims management
• Experience in reviewing insurance cards, EOBs, and claims data
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle and various Revenue Cycle systems/applications
