Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Charge Description Master Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of charging workflows and technical issues related to Epic charging systems
• Define and co-develop business requirements to optimize operational workflows and ensure accurate charge capture
• Conduct ongoing quality reviews, analyze data, and provide recommendations to support leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in applicable field or four years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Three years of applicable Revenue Cycle experience
• Epic Resolute Certification(s) in relevant Epic applications within one year
• Preferred: B.S./B.A. in Business Administration or Health Care Administration
• Preferred: Five years of applicable Revenue Cycle experience and relevant certifications (e.g., Registered Health Info Tech, Certified Coding Specialist)
