Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Revenue Cycle Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for managing payor reimbursements, preparing patient claims, and analyzing compliance with payor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in payor reimbursements and medical policies
• Prepare and forward patient claims to third-party payors and follow up on outstanding claims
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance revenue cycle functions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with one year of Revenue Cycle experience, or three years of Revenue Cycle experience without an Associate's degree
• Experience in billing and collections activities
• Knowledge of payor specific requirements and compliance
• Ability to analyze claims and identify patterns with payors
• Understanding of revenue cycle metrics such as cash flow and denial rates
