Job Summary
Collaborating with the Customer Service Department, the full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst will analyze revenue cycle data, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze various areas of the revenue cycle to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements
- Handle live escalation calls from patients to assist with resolution
