Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the full revenue cycle continuum, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Analyst will manage revenue operations, resolve billing issues, and provide data-driven insights to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full revenue cycle processes, ensuring accurate claims submission and compliance with payer requirements
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and analyze financial and operational data for improvement
• Support and optimize EHR and billing systems, identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, billing, or analytics within a healthcare services environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle operations and their impact on reimbursement performance
• Experience with EHR and practice management/billing systems, including workflow optimization
• Understanding of payer requirements and regulatory standards related to billing and claims operations
