Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing revenue cycle metrics and data, the full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst will work remotely to identify opportunities for improving revenue, collections, and overall financial performance while developing reports and presenting findings to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify areas for improvement in financial performance
• Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports, transforming complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to address opportunities and enhance collections performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or analytical roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL and Tableau preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare claims data, reimbursement processes, and denial management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively
