Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Revenue Cycle Underpay Analyst will review paid claims for discrepancies, analyze payer reimbursements, and manage underpayment recovery efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review paid claims to identify reimbursement discrepancies and underpayments
• Initiate and track underpayment recovery efforts through appeals and payer escalations
• Develop and maintain underpayment tracking reports and analyze reimbursement trends

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare settings
• Experience with a large, growing healthcare organization
• Ability to interpret complex payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to present financial findings to operational and executive leadership
