Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle Payor Knowledge Team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst will manage payer contract analysis, maintain accurate fee schedules, and identify reimbursement discrepancies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the contract management tool and oversee fee-related tablespaces
• Analyze reimbursement data to identify discrepancies and maximize reimbursements through payer negotiations
• Prepare and attend payer meetings, compiling reports on claim outcomes and underpayment recovery

Required qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Revenue Cycle applications and medical billing practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret contract language and manage updates
• Experience with payer contracts and insurance payment methodologies
• Proficiency in using computer systems and adapting to new software
• Industry certifications (e.g., CSPR, CRCR) are preferred
