Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Revenue Cycle Payor Knowledge Team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst will analyze payer contract terms and reimbursement methodologies, manage fee schedules, and identify opportunities to maximize reimbursements, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract management tool and oversee fee-related tablespaces
• Analyze reimbursement data to identify discrepancies and trends, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain accurate fee schedules based on contract payment sources and reimbursement rates

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Revenue Cycle applications and medical billing practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract language
• Experience with payer contracts and understanding of insurance payment methodologies
• Proficiency in managing multiple complex contracts simultaneously
• Initiative to stay current with evolving billing practices and share knowledge with the team
