Revenue Cycle Analyst - Meditech

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Meditech Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in revenue cycle assessments and design solutions for improvement
• Analyze billing data and develop reports to identify trends and systemic issues
• Provide training on the MEDITECH Accounts Receivable module and assist in claims processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business, or related fields
• 2+ years of revenue cycle analysis or related experience
• Solid knowledge of third-party billing requirements and HIPAA 837/835 electronic language
• Good working knowledge of medical terminology and billing guidelines
• Able to perform complex mathematical calculations and analyze billing data using advanced Excel and PowerPoint
