Revenue Cycle Analytics Director

Job Summary

Leading the Revenue Cycle Analytics team, the part-time remote Revenue Cycle Analytics Director will oversee the development and analysis of strategic metrics, manage data integrity, and drive operational improvements to support financial positioning and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes Revenue Cycle data to create comprehensive metric dashboards and conduct performance analysis
• Acts as a subject matter expert to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies within the Revenue Cycle
• Manages the implementation and support of Revenue Cycle information systems, ensuring data integrity and communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health management, statistics, engineering, or analytics
• Seven plus years of progressive analysis experience in healthcare or a related field, with at least two years in a management role
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization software
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages
