Revenue Cycle Analytics Director

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on revenue cycle reporting and analytics, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Analytics Director will drive data-informed decision-making to enhance operational performance and financial health across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes Revenue Cycle data to create comprehensive metric dashboards and conduct operational performance analysis
• Serves as a subject matter expert to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies within the Revenue Cycle
• Manages data integrity and communication with stakeholders to ensure accurate data sharing and interpretation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health management, statistics, engineering, or analytics
• Seven or more years of progressive analysis experience in healthcare or a related field, with at least two years in a management role
• Proficiency in advanced analytical and modeling skills, including experience with SQL or similar languages
• Strong knowledge of sophisticated software programs relevant to data analysis
• Experience in managing relationships with operational leaders and stakeholders
