Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the technical lead for a newly established analytics service line, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager will design and maintain complex SQL queries, develop performance reports, and conduct root-cause analyses to support revenue cycle operations across multiple business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain SQL queries and data models, ensuring data integrity and efficient pipeline design
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders, standardizing KPI definitions across the organization
• Conduct root-cause assessments on operational performance issues, translating findings into actionable insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management healthcare analytics
• Hands-on experience with Epic, particularly the Clarity data model and physician billing data
• Expert SQL skills in Snowflake or Microsoft SQL, including experience with data quality testing
• Proven ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards end-to-end
• 2+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on growing into a people leadership role
