Revenue Cycle Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end revenue cycle solutions, the full-time Revenue Cycle Architect will collaborate with clinical, financial, and technical stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a large-scale healthcare IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end revenue cycle workflows aligned to CMS, Medicare/Medicaid requirements
• Translate business needs into system architecture and functional design across EHR platforms
• Lead integration, testing, and go-live readiness for revenue cycle solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in revenue cycle, healthcare IT, or system implementation
• Experience with end-to-end RCM (front, mid, back cycle) design and workflows
• Hands-on experience with Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), or similar EHR systems
• Background in large-scale healthcare transformation or modernization programs
