• Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and prior authorization
• Provide financial counseling, cashiering, and release of information services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in insurance and prior authorization
• Ability to adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in customer service roles
• Willingness to attend onsite trainings and meetings as needed
