Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and research refunds in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assist with problem resolution and reporting related to payor adjustments and refunds
• Provide documentation and communicate audit progress and results effectively

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or equivalent experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic skills with Microsoft Windows Based Applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
