Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate to manage billing operations and support reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage unpaid claims, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely reimbursement
• Collaborate on appeals for denied claims and analyze denial trends to implement prevention strategies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and stakeholders while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree required
• 1-3 years of relevant revenue cycle, medical billing, or accounts receivable experience
• Experience with payment posting, contractual adjustments, and account reconciliation
• Understanding of insurance eligibility and patient financial responsibility
• Experience in claims processing systems and navigating payer websites
