Job Summary

Revenue Cycle Biller, a full-time position, is responsible for billing Home Infusion and DME claims to insurance companies, ensuring timely claim submission and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Bill Home Infusion and DME claims to governmental and commercial insurance companies
• Ensure timely review and submission of patient accounts and escalate billing issues as needed
• Interface with insurance companies to check claim statuses and maintain quality and productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, including billing and collections
• 2+ years of experience in billing or collections for Home Infusion or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) claims
• 2+ years of experience working with commercial insurance companies and/or governmental payers, including Medicare and Medicaid
• High school diploma or GED
