Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist to collect on aging medical insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• File claims using appropriate forms and attachments
• Research account denials and file written appeals as necessary
• Document all efforts in relevant computer systems and verify patient information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Formal training in Insurance Billing preferred
• Knowledge of all insurance payers preferred
• Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
