Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data and financial analysis to support revenue cycle operations
• Collaborate with various departments to identify data uses and develop analysis opportunities
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate financial trends and support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Information Technology, or related field with two years of experience, or a High School Diploma with six years of experience in business analysis
• Experience with data extraction and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau
• Understanding of healthcare revenues and reimbursement processes
• Experience in Revenue Cycle management
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
