Revenue Cycle Business Partner

Job Summary

Providing analytical support for high exposure operating and finance issues, the full-time Revenue Cycle Business Partner II will work remotely to manage vendor relationships, oversee billing processes, and lead complex projects aimed at improving revenue cycle efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly reconciliation of account placements with vendors and validate account-level details on invoices
• Monitor and resolve issues in physician departments' billing processes, ensuring accurate charge capture
• Lead large revenue cycle initiatives and collaborate with various departments to implement corrective action plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of experience in healthcare auditing, coding, finance, or revenue cycle management
• Proven advanced abilities in process analysis and root cause analysis
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Working knowledge of healthcare applications, including Epic and nThrive
