Revenue Cycle CDM Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the corporate revenue cycle, the full-time Revenue Cycle CDM Coordinator will manage the Charge Description Master Files, ensuring accurate service capture and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain departmental productivity levels and document account activity in systems
• Analyze charging systems and recommend changes to ensure timely revenue capture and billing accuracy
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle staff and other departments to resolve claim submission issues and maintain data integrity

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or a B.S. degree in a related field
• Familiarity with large-scale automated patient billing systems and medical terminology/coding
• Behavioral health and pharmacy billing experience is beneficial
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
