Job Summary

Supporting client relationships, the full-time Revenue Cycle Client Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery, address client inquiries, and maintain performance standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and performance expectations
• Support the delivery of contracted services and communicate with client management
• Coordinate internal service teams to resolve client issues and identify process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, revenue cycle management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices
