Key Responsibilities

• Conducts routine and targeted audits of revenue cycle functions and drafts reports on findings
• Researches regulatory requirements and assesses organizational risk based on industry trends
• Develops and delivers educational content for providers and leadership on compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within 2 years
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) within 1 year
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) within 1 year
• Experience in revenue cycle functions
