Revenue Cycle Compliance Auditor

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, the part-time Revenue Cycle Compliance Auditor will perform ongoing audits of Resident Trust accounts and related processes remotely, focusing on safeguarding resident funds and identifying discrepancies within the organization's financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of Resident Trust accounts, reviewing transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Identify and communicate compliance concerns, financial discrepancies, and documentation deficiencies to leadership
• Assist with other Revenue Cycle audit functions and provide education on documentation and control expectations to facility personnel

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare Revenue Cycle operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review detailed financial transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn financial and healthcare information systems
• Experience with auditing, accounting, or compliance is preferred
