Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Consultant to provide expertise and support to healthcare organizations in improving revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise hospitals on complex regulatory issues related to Medicare reimbursement methodologies
• Lead monthly meetings with clients to discuss regulatory changes and revenue cycle updates
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and prepare written responses to client inquiries

Required Qualifications and Education

• High level experience in revenue cycle management, including healthcare billing and charge master knowledge
• Basic coding knowledge and understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or extensive experience may substitute
• Significant experience in revenue cycle operations and technical writing skills
• Broad expertise in business office operations for various healthcare settings
