Revenue Cycle Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Consultant (Associate).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support review and analysis of billing and patient accounting workflows
• Assist with identifying process inefficiencies and developing improvement recommendations
• Participate in data gathering, reporting, and trend analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Foundational understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Ability to analyze data, workflows, and reports related to revenue cycle functions
• Exposure to or interest in Oracle Cerner/MHS GENESIS CPAM or other EHR systems
• Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare, Business, Finance preferred)
• 2-5 years of healthcare or consulting experience preferred (including internships)
