Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Consultant to support customer experience and operational revenue cycle initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer experience and operational initiatives across sales, implementation, and customer success activities
• Contribute to RFP responses, sales materials, customer-facing reports, and presentation decks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and successful implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management environment
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare billing, insurance, and collections workflows
• Proven experience collaborating across teams to align people, processes, and deliverables
• Experience supporting client success, operations, or consulting functions within healthcare organizations
