Revenue Cycle Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert consultation for revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Consultant will lead projects, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for metric and process improvement, enhancing operational effectiveness
• Serves as an expert consultant for revenue cycle and clinical operations, supporting existing and outside practices
• Reviews and reports on revenue cycle workflows to optimize processes and meet target metric goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience in revenue cycle operations or a related field
• Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar revenue cycle systems
• Strong background in accounts receivable management and denial prevention/root cause analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, workflow design, and project execution
