Revenue Cycle Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue, the full-time Revenue Cycle Consultant will manage Amplify RCM's revenue cycle projects, lead workflow redesign initiatives, and implement innovative solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Amplify revenue cycle projects, including vendor selection, assessment, and implementation
- Lead analytical components of workflow redesign and implement improvement solutions for revenue cycle departments
- Analyze trends in revenue cycle operations and develop recommendations for process redesign solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of revenue cycle experience preferred
- Proven experience in revenue cycle operations and client-facing analytics
- Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and systems, including EHRs and patient financial systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive urgency in project management
