Revenue Cycle Content Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Content Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to document existing revenue cycle processes and develop standard operating procedures
• Support new client implementations by documenting existing client processes and creating implementation playbooks
• Provide support to internal operations on strategic initiatives and prioritize collected requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational or implementation experience in healthcare revenue cycle preferred
• Experience with patient accounting and/or patient access provider settings preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Visio
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
