Revenue Cycle Content Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal staff and external clients, the remote Revenue Cycle Content Specialist will manage client discovery sessions, document revenue cycle processes, and develop implementation playbooks to support new client onboarding and internal process documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to document existing revenue cycle processes and create standard operating procedures
• Support new client implementations by translating documented processes into implementation playbooks for operational hand-off
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and communicate project statuses and risks to management and clients

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of operational or implementation experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle preferred
• Experience in Patient Accounting and/or Patient Access provider settings is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Visio
• Strong business writing skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
