Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve insurance and self-pay accounts, including managing claim appeals
• Support multiple payers and assist in training new staff
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and meet productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of billing and collections experience, preferably in a Home Health or Hospice setting
• Preferred experience in Hospice Billing; HCHB software knowledge is a plus
• Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations independently
• Preferred additional advanced education and/or payer certifications
