Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate payment for services rendered, the full-time Revenue Cycle Coordinator will manage accounts receivable, verify insurance coverage, and communicate effectively with payers and clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
• Review outstanding accounts, identify delinquent invoices, and resolve outstanding balances
• Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate records of client information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Familiarity with insurance verification, authorization, and claims submission processes
• Proficient knowledge of medical billing codes, including CPT and ICD-10
• Proficiency in using electronic billing systems and software
