Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rev Cycle Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage customer success processes focused on revenue cycle management (RCM) for MSK practices
  • Serve as the primary contact for RCM-related inquiries and oversee relationships with provider groups
  • Onboard new customers and manage third-party billing partner relationships to ensure performance and accountability
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in RCM leadership or customer-facing revenue operations roles, particularly in MSK or orthopedic specialties
  • Deep knowledge of RCM processes, including front-end and back-end operations, denial management, and vendor oversight
  • Expertise in RCM technologies and workflows specific to procedural specialties
  • Professional coding certification (CPC, CCS, COC) or a degree in Health Information Management is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to translate RCM performance data into strategic insights for providers
