Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate revenue cycle reports and dashboards
• Perform variance and root-cause analysis on key performance indicators
• Partner with leadership to identify revenue cycle gaps and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience with healthcare billing and reimbursement methodologies
• Strong understanding of the revenue cycle continuum
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations or financial analysis preferred
