Job Summary
Strategically leading data product initiatives, the full-time Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager will develop and execute the product strategy for the Revenue Cycle, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and market strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including road mapping, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization
- Collaborate with architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to empower product teams and enable go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
- Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance
- Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, GCP, Snowflake) and building enterprise data warehouses
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Proven ability to lead and mentor Product Owners and their teams
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and data-driven decision-making
