Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of medical coding and billing managers and specialists
• Streamline internal processes for encounter coding and billing
• Track and report on billing and coding team KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, preferably in a healthcare startup
• Data-driven with a strong accountability toward revenue cycle metrics
• Experience with coding regulations and Medicaid compliance
• Experience in conducting audits to ensure billing accuracy
• Knowledge of obstetrics/gynecology and pediatrics coding is a bonus
