Revenue Cycle Educator

Job Summary

Delivering engaging virtual classroom training, the full-time Revenue Cycle Educator will equip revenue cycle teams with essential knowledge to enhance claim accuracy and overall performance while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training on billing fundamentals, insurance authorizations, denial management, charge capture, and claims workflows
• Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and develop targeted virtual training
• Maintain current knowledge of revenue cycle regulations and healthcare technologies to deliver relevant training

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable experience
• 2+ years of revenue cycle and denial management experience preferred
