Revenue Cycle Engagement Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Engagement Leader who will manage client engagements and drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full operational relationship for assigned clients, including performance and strategic direction
• Lead and inspire a team to improve performance and manage accounts receivable and denials
• Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards, and lead client executive meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 5-7 years of experience managing revenue cycle teams in a hospital or healthcare outsourcing environment
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or equivalent certification preferred
• Deep working knowledge of acute care EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and expert-level PowerPoint skills
