Revenue Cycle Engagement Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Engagement Leader who will manage client engagements and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship for assigned clients, including performance, communication, and issue resolution
• Lead and inspire a team to drive accountability and measurable performance improvements
• Monitor daily workflow and metrics, implementing corrective actions to prevent client-visible issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 5-7 years of experience managing revenue cycle teams in a hospital or healthcare outsourcing environment
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or equivalent certification preferred
• Deep working knowledge of acute care EHR systems, including Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
• Strong analytics and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
