Revenue Cycle Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the temporary Revenue Cycle Engagement Manager will manage the implementation of Epic Beaker Charging, ensuring alignment between technical decisions and revenue cycle impacts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Epic implementation lifecycle, including project phases, dependencies, and key milestones
• Facilitate discussions on Epic build, workflows, and operational processes, connecting them to revenue cycle and patient access impacts
• Identify operational risks and guide discussions on future-state workflows and best practices in revenue cycle management

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB)
• Working knowledge of Epic Patient Access applications such as Cadence and Prelude
• Proven project management skills with a focus on documentation and accountability
• Ability to synthesize information across multiple workstreams and maintain a big-picture perspective
• Executive presence with strong facilitation skills to lead discussions with client leadership
