Revenue Cycle Financial Representative

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Financial Representative will manage the submission and follow-up of insurance claims, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accounts receivable while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and responses to denials
• Conduct insurance follow-up and collections, collaborating with internal and external departments
• Analyze patient invoices and accounts to facilitate clean claim submissions and resolve billing issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, HCFA-1500 forms, and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) interpretation
• Intermediate knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes
• Familiarity with insurance billing, collections, and terminology
