Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Instructional Designer to create innovative learning experiences that enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content and programs to improve Revenue Cycle performance
• Deliver training through various formats, including instructor-led sessions and virtual classes on technical tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or education, preferably in Revenue Cycle or healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with Epic and related Revenue Cycle tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
