Revenue Cycle Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Lead responsible for overseeing financial and revenue processes within the Oracle Health EHR platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across all areas of the revenue cycle, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims, denials, and collections
• Assess current client revenue cycle operations and develop strategies to improve financial performance, workflow efficiency, and compliance
• Lead implementation, optimization, and stabilization of revenue cycle systems and workflows, ensuring alignment across finance, clinical operations, and IT

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 7 equivalent years of related experience
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR applications
• Experience with healthcare regulations and project management tools/methodologies
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows associated with Oracle Health EHR solutions
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams or departments
