Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leader - Home Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support and training to billing staff and agency personnel regarding accounts receivable processes
• Develop and implement best practices for billing and collections while monitoring performance metrics
• Maintain knowledge of payor contracts and government billing regulations, ensuring compliance and resolving conflicts with payers

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health or hospice
• Proficiency in managing detailed information in multiple EMR systems, with Wellsky being required
• Ability to complete competencies of home health and hospice billing requirements within the first 90 days
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including colleagues and payers
• Exhibit qualities such as ingenuity, autonomy, assertiveness, and flexibility in job responsibilities
