Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leader - Provider Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to billing staff and address day-to-day accounts receivable concerns
• Train and establish best practices for billing and collection efforts within the revenue cycle
• Monitor aged accounts receivables and ensure compliance with billing regulations and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health and/or hospice
• Demonstrated capability to manage detailed information in multiple EMR systems, including Eclinical Works
• Ability to complete competencies of home health and hospice billing requirements within the first 90 days
• Experience working collaboratively with colleagues, service center personnel, and payers
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
